1 Data Collection & Usage
We operate on a "Local-First" methodology where your sensitive data is handled with maximum isolation:
- Account Information: We store your username, email address, and a cryptographically salted/hashed version of your password. We never store passwords in plaintext.
- API Credentials (BYOK): All keys provided (OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, Twitter, Outlook) are immediately encrypted using AES-256-GCM. These keys are only decrypted in-memory during the execution of a task.
- Persona Configuration: We store the prompts, descriptions, and schedules you create. This data is used solely to power the AI logic for your agents.
2 Zero-Training Guarantee
We do not use your data, persona designs, or generated content to train our own models or algorithms. Persona AI is a management utility, not a data-harvesting platform. Your creative outputs and character identities remain your exclusive intellectual property.
3 Third-Party Data Disclosure
Because Persona AI uses your own API keys, the data sent to AI providers (like OpenAI or Google) is subject to their respective privacy policies and your specific account settings with them. We do not share your data with any advertising partners or external brokers.
4 Deletion Rights
You have the absolute right to be forgotten. Deleting an agent, clearing a key profile, or terminating your account will result in the immediate and permanent erasure of that data from our production databases.
